Nestic: scaling AI-supported housing workflows
I supported the continued development of Nestic’s B2B platform, with focus on accessibility, user research, admin workflows and new product opportunities. The work included WCAG reviews, user testing, service blueprints and UX improvements to help housing companies integrate Nestic into their existing operational processes.
