My work sits at the intersection of product strategy, UX and systems thinking, with a focus on long-term value, meaningful user impact and solutions that hold together across touchpoints.
I have a soft spot for services with a digital core, but at heart I design for people. Figma is where ideas take shape, but the thinking always comes first.
